Is there a web site I can go to and find combarable market values for houses?

Employer has rentals that are paid for and he is trying to refinance. He needs me to compare values of similar size homes to his.

Be aware that the values can be off by as much as 10% so this should only be used as an estimate. The website pretty much just compares the size of the house to similar sales data and computes a price based on dollars per square foot, but it doesn’t make adjustments for things like whether or not the home has been remodeled or needs updates.

Any local realty agent will do it for you for free. Maybe you could take them out to lunch if they do a great job for you.
