Can Somebody Help Me?

Please answer only if you have done it previously and you know it works.
I need to get 20.000 $ pretty fast. I am desperate and need to save a close person’s life:(
Need the money for the surgery…
I do not want the money to fall from the sky for me. I am very hard working and I have tried to develop some tools and sell them as I am a software developer. Nothing worked. Even tried freelancing..not working either.
I tried internet marketing techniques and bought lots of guides..but they don’t seem to work. Please help with some advice and i promise i will even return you the money for your trouble to help me.
I really need some help here. I would do anything to get the money…If you know a method that can help me raise the money I would forever me grateful…
You probably hear that a lot and I don’t blame you..but please open you heart for me if you can and at least give me a start for a path that can offer me this kind of money. It is a very large sum for me and can’t afford to go to the bank for it…they won’t give it to me as I can’t offer no guarantees of getting it back on time…

To be more specific to people like user "Jimmy Usa" who call me morron, I did spend money on internet marketing books, as much as I could afford, around 600$. However, I see no reason why he accused me of a scammer..maybe he is not so good at math, but 600$<<<<20000$. And the person I’m talking about is not a friend, is a familly person, so someone very close to me.
I do not wish you "Jimmy Usa" to go through what I’m going now and I sure do not wish you get in touch with people such as yourself in these moments. Nobody said I want someone to give me 20000$..I just asked if someone knew a way to make them faster. "Jimmy Usa" doesn’t seem to understand english so well.
However, I have no experience in CPA and I was hoping you could suggest other ways as well? Is CPA the only way to make money online?

I said I would return the favor meaning that if someone can teach me how to do the money and it would work, I am willing to pay back their effort for having taught me. What is wrong with you people? Does Free Email Marketing Exist Online On The Web?
That was the question I kept asking me myself. But after some extensive research, it always come to, there is no such thing as a free lunch.

Anybody lost money on ShareBuilder.com due to their web site delaying? I have and need others to join me?
I lost 5K and need others to join me to get a lawyer. I have filed a complaint with the SEC and received a letter from ShareBuilder saying "On 9/12/2008, ShareBuilder experienced a system problem that delayed the submission of trade orders to the market during the early market hours. This also resulted in delays in executing cancellation requests and difficulty for some customers in accessing the web site."
BUT they refused to pay me what is rightfully mine and I have not heard anything from back from the SEC

My situation is different because I called because I couldn’t log on their website and a Rep told me that my trade was executed, but once I was able to log in, I saw that my trade was not executed. If they told me that my trade was still pending, I would have canceled the order and place a trade immediately over the phone.
