Which web-site is real to find a job in US or any other country?
I’m interested to find a job in other country. I have BBA degree and 6 years experience as a head of marketing.
In my country we have direct web-site were locals can find a jobs (for example jobs.ge or hr.com.ge) and they aren’t scams and you can find jobs in Georgia that way
If anybody knows local web-sites for jobs please can you list them???

Is this legal, a marketing company hiring people to serve debtors?
I just read a post in Spain’s loqou web site, someone claims that a marketing company can not serve anyone to go to court in order to settle a petty debt becuase the court fees alone are more and these petty debts can be recovered after one finds a job, most are protected by the jurisdictions of their own EU country anyway.
The person says that a Spanish marketing firm uses a loop hole where they locate a person (through adverts like personals, language exchange etc) then find a flat mate of theirs, serve them using the flat mate as a agent with out been aware.
When the flat mate agrees to accept the documents, he can refuse then straight away once aware that he is been used as the middle person to bring the person with the debt to a small claims court, the person who is been served is usually someone visiting spain, student or passing through, however the marketing company who hires people to seek men online pretending to be single woman, students etc can not themselves serve or they have to appear in court and the Spanish Judge will throw the case out and make the individual (not the company who hires them) pay the court fees, this is becuase they are not legally private investigators or directly working under one or a registered lawyer.
So the post on loqou claims that a marketing company basically offers services to seek out small petty debts like phone bills using min wage paid students dragging both the subject in debt and a 3rd party into a slow spanish cost with a amount less then the price to return to the UK or a bit more knowing the individual once in court has to re appear with the full payment in 3 to 6 months also, this is usually longer then anyone plans to visit, so basically the marketing company is making a living of off trapping petty debts and charging them their time for it.
Would this be a scam?

Is there really any money in this field of work?
I have been contemplating going back to school for web site design and internet marketing. I just wonder if there is really money in the field? Is anyone out there making a real living off of it and is it better to go it alone (opening my own design solution business) or to take a job with an established company?
programming language to stretch my brain muscles ?
due to some medical seasons and despite that my IQ is OK , my doctor says that i have to learn something because learning stimulate my brain.his suggestion is to start learning something that i like to do. i like programming so i wanna learn a programming language .
i though that i should choose a programming language that gives me some challenge and fun ( motivate you to continue).
i was VB6 programmer and i tried c++ (too low level) and python (kid’s toy).i searched the internet extensivly but all semilar questions was related to jobs/market prespective. however my aim is completely different as i said.
so , the question is : what programming language is most suitable for a "serious hobbyist" programmer regardless of market/job point of view ?

Q: you wanna make some windows GUI programs for your friend as a show off ?
A: yes.
Q: you wanna release your program to the public sometime in future ?
A: maybe why not.
Q: programming for mobile devices or web ?
A: not really but it is a plus.
Q: need very high performance ?
A: no.
Q: fun and not very hard programming ?
A: yes for sure , "moderately hard" is OK. not some very hard like assempler that probably will be my worst nighmare 
Q: commercial IDEs or development tools ?
A: no problem.
Q: want a popular programming language ?
A: yes,i want to be able to find books and resources for that language, and don’t get stuck finding help when i have a problem.

Is the main function of a Web Designer/Programmer an IT function or a communications/marketing one?
I want to hear some solid reasoning for why a Web Designer/Programmer should be a part of an IT divsion of a company or the communications/marketing division. Don’t get all twisted up about designer vs. programmer – anyone in that position worth discussing here should at least be able to do a little of both – and for the purposes of this question lets say results are the same no matter whether their strength is programming or design…the desired end result is an effective Web site. I anticipate some of you trying to take me to task and saying the programming versus design is absolutely important – for the sake of argument you can assume there is support for whatever weakness the person in this position might need help with, design or programming. Again, the title of the job, as many of you have seen plenty of times before, is Web Designer/Programmer…in what division does it belong & why? One initial thought – should everybody using a phone be part of the telecommunications division?
Can US Companies Deny Personal Internet Access?
I work in the sales department of a US-based battery manufacturer outside the US. My job nature requires me to go online to do market research, but for some odd reason I do not get internet access at work. I ask repeatedly to get internet access on my work computer and the answer is NO. There are a couple of internet workstations somewhere on my office floor and I am told to use them to get online. However this is very inconvenient, especially when I need to copy and paste information I find on the internet. So I decided to get online with my personal netbook with a newly subscribed mobile broadband service. One day my supervisor saw me getting online with my personal netbook and informed the IT department about it. The IT department then sent me an email saying that using my own netbook for internet access is strictly prohibited in this company. I am not happy about this. I want to know if it is legal for US companies to disallow employees from using internet devices (such as netbooks or cell phones) to get online. I am not trying to transfer confidential company information to my netbook or anything like that. I am just trying to do my job since my company is unable or refuses to provide the necessary tools for me.
IM Moving. Should I sell my business to my brother or stay on board?
I moved to Minnesota a couple years ago and started a flooring business. My brother has worked with me the entire time. He has been paid 35% of the profit of each job we do. The business in entirely in my name. So my brother has basically been a subcontractor/silent partner.
I am going to move to another state to start a flooring business of my own and would like to sell my brother this business and half of the tools and equipment I have acquired. How do I go about selling it to him?
On another note: We have also considered keeping me on board even though I will be in another state. I would still take calls, emails, do internet marketing etc for 25% of the total job. If I took this route; should I keep business in my name or his? I think I would prefer to have it out of my name so I dont have to claim taxes 2 times.

Need advertising ideas for my web site design business!?
Hello, my question is I recentely started working for a company that sells web sites for small business’s. My job is basically to find a prospective client and set up an appointment with our product specialist if they decide to purchase the site I would then get a commision from the sale. My problem is the advertising and marketing side of it. I have put out some ads on craigslist, local papers and such, but I am not getting the responses I am looking for. My goal is to bring the business’s that need or are looking for a website to me. I am really not good at cold calling, nor do I like disturbing owners from their job especially if they are not interested. So I am looking for new ideas to advertise. Any and all suggestions no matter how big or small are greatly appreciated.
Help Needed Tips for Self-Advertising?
I just started a online home business with a phone company called G.V.I Solutions. My job as a affiliate is to refer people to my website. I get commissions for when they sign-up and then they become my customers, plus I get commissions for whoever they refer to and so on. Now this company have free marketing tools that I can use, but I have to do some self-advertising myself. So far I’ve been using the internet to do this.
