Im starting my first affiliate marketing and I have no one visiting my site. I started a my space , face book, us freeads, a few forums, a blog and ezine article. the site is www.greenscreenphotomagic.com

For example:
We social bookmark all our updates, twitter, pownce, mixx, etc.
We also have a facebook group where we send updates. For SEO we have added breadcrumbs for the search spiders.
We also have a widget with an RSS feed that can be profiled on one’s blog or social networking page. And we try to do as many promotions/give-a-ways as possible.
Any other ideas? We try to send links out to other sites for pickup and and request addition to sites’ blog rolls.

I love to write. My dream is to write a best seller some day but that is a dream that will have to wait a little while because I need to earn extra income at this time, as soon as possible.
I thought, what better way to work on my dream, my writing, than to start a blog or website that will allow me to run advertisements through affiliate programs? IF I’m lucky, I can draw a crowd to my writing and begin to make some money.
I want a site where I can encourage comments/discussions and I may even offer free stock photos for people to download to use on websites, magazine articles, backgrounds/wallpaper, ect.. By the way, I am a photographer, as well.
Also, I want to remain anonymous because I plan to write about things that may be offensive to family members and I do not want to cause resentment here when I start to open up and share several stories. I need to find the best website (does not have to be free) or blog service that I can have these options with. I would like to find a site that will be easy to use in regards to setting it up and getting started, since I have never done this before. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
P.S. If you’ve never actually done this yourself, please do not comment because I have been researching for awhile now and unless you’ve "been there, done that", I would prefer that you save the space for those that have had actual "hands on" experience in this area.

I just wanted to say thank you to all who answered. I received SO MANY great answers (20 or more in all) and for some strange reason, all but 4 were deleted, (not by me), and if they had NOT been deleted, I would have chosen VOICELEAF for the best answer (I’m so glad I was able to save some of the answers before they were deleted).

How can i get people to sign up for a website that i became a affiliate with?
I became an affiliate with a free online survey company where people get paid for taking surveys. And for every 1000 points they get 10.00 dollars from the surveys. But i get a 150 points i get someone to sign up using the link they gave me to put on a website or blog. What is the best way I could do this so i know people are reading it and getting it?
