Marketing question for a Small Catering Company.?
Which is probably the least effective marketing tool for a new business?
A.Direct mail promotions to your mailing list
B.An internet web page
C.A display add in the Yellow Pages
D.An ad in the local newspaper
I can only do three and need a little help deciding which one to cut out.

Although all can be effective, I would assume cost is important too. So weighing the response along with the cost, I would cut out the Yellow Pages.
The mailing list is important, as these are people who have shown interest in your business.. A web page is super cheap and can change daily or with the seasons/holidays. Ads in local newspapers can also be changed regularly to reflect the holidays/seasons, and can be more affordable than the yellow pages.
