Just build your site, upload it , and your on your way! As for making money with affiliate advertising....You will spend more $$$ getting legitimate traffic to your site than you will on the hosting. If you are looking for wome place that will build your site and host it for you then you have not done much research at all! You will end up spending some real cash to get started.
