I’d suggest 1and1 as well, they have been my best host since I started. They have a lot of free features with their packages, and I think the cheapest package is around $4.00 a month which is pretty cheap for what they give you. Along with the free features they do give you, you have other options as well, basically these other options are add-ons that are optional of course. 1and1 also has some relations with other companies that will allow you to get some discounts for certain services, with all that said I really like 1and1 and I recommend them to anyone interested in creating a website for whatever purpose.
