In CPA affiliate marketing how do you prove yourself to companies that you can get the traffic they insist to?

In Affiliate business you do not need to prove anything for signing up. They will only see that you are making sales or not. they will pay you only after you make sell and it has nothing with your traffic. In pay per click (PPC) click program some networks will want to know your site traffic before signing up with them.
simple, just say that your daily unique traffic is 1000/day
you can get traffic from youtube, yahoo answer, facebook, twitter…

It is tough getting into the CPA network. They only want to deal with genuine marketers. Here are some tips:
1) Set up a good looking corporate-looking website to showcase that you are a marketing professional providing advertising services. You can search around for some templates on the web.
2) After you’ve applied and if they do not respond, pick up the phone to call. You must be able to speak the industry language like "What verticals (ie. niches) are you in?", "How do you drive traffic? Search, contextual, email?", "Do you incentivise your traffic? (you must say NO!)". Surf the internet as there are many such resources how to answer the affiliate manager’s questions.
The affiliate managers feel assured when they can speak to a real person who knows what he is doing
Finally, if you don’t get accepted, just move on… there are many CPA networks out there.
