Any good creditcard affiliate program useful to Indian customers?

Pls suggest the best one. Because its very tough to get credit card in India. I’ve started an online business for an American firm. But its very difficult to add my cutomers in that particular program, because of the credit card restrictions. If I started any credit card affiliate program along with that, would be beneficial to me and to my cutomers.
